The latest Rexroth servomotors are inspired by the traditional motor technology . The IndraDyn S models are servomotors made for accurate and precise works. They come in a tight framed body shell. This new design is great for regular applications and makes it possible to adapt them to several environments. These devices can work as the main motor or as a kit one, depending on the required applications. The MSK series is a multi-scenario design for use in machine tools, paper processing machines, and metal forming. it is possible to adapt them with different interfaces designed by Bosch Indramat Rexroth.
This series is divided into two major designs. One has an insulated flange frame and one does not. Thanks to its optical encoder system, the MSK040C-0450-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN is a constant stoppage system that works under an 8.1 Nm torque. The maximum current can remain steady for a significant period of time, keeping the magnetic motor circuit protected. The inside four pairs of poles of this servo motor allows the system to reach a maximum 7500 rpm speed in proper conditions.
The motors are under IP65 degree of protection which ensures the protection of the system from water and possible particles breaking through the shaft ring or motor shell. It is possible with the MSK series to reach a maximum axial force of 200N which is proportional to its radial force. It is important to make a proper adaptation of the motor and the driving elements to guarantee that there is any surpass limit on the loads, in this case, a system equipped with sensors and actors could be beneficial for the control and regulation.
