Product Description:

MS2N13-E1BHC-RSEB0-NDCNN-NN from Rexroth is a high power servo motor with a power rating of 90 kW. This AC motor relies on a forced cooling option where it uses an axial blower that thrusts air into the motor enclosure to help cool the motor winding. This AC blower fan requires 400 to 460 volts AC input voltage to operate and has a configuration requirement of 3 phase. The blower fan only draws a minute current of 0.71 Amperes compared to the entire motor, which draws around 60 Amperes of current and requires 475 volts to operate.

This servo motor, when operating at a speed of 2000 rpm, is able to generate a rotational torque of 592 Nm. When rotating at the speed of 3700 rpm, the servo motor can produce a maximum torque of up to 700 Nm, which is perfect for most industrial applications. This motor can be controlled using TDK, DSC, and various controllers, including PLCs and DCS systems. For controlling the servo over a network, the MS2N13-E1BHC-RSEB0-NDCNN-NN supports Ethernet connection in combination with a network card that is compatible with this type of servo motor.

Mounting this servo motor is pretty easy as it comes with flange mount support that, using a 260 mm flange, can easily be mounted directly onto a system by ensuring the motor remains perfectly aligned, ensuring the load on the shaft is symmetrically spread out and balanced.
