Product Description:
The MS2N13 synchronous servomotor introduced the MS2N13-E1BHC-ASEG0-NNNNN-NN by Rexroth IndraDyn. It is engineered for precise industrial automation, featuring a 2000/min winding optimized for dynamic performance and a forced ventilation system to ensure thermal stability. Designed for versatile installation with its double cable connection and compact frame, this motor operates reliably in ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 degrees C and at altitudes up to 1,000 meters. This synchronous servomotor lacks special as well as other design variants.
The motor delivers a standstill torque of 300 Nm while drawing a standstill current of 116 A. Under normal operating conditions, it provides a rated torque of 228 Nm with a corresponding rated current of 90 A. At its peak speed of 3600 rpm, the motor draws a maximum current of 305 A, ensuring high-performance output. The MS2N13-E1BHC-ASEG0-NNNNN-NN motor has a winding inductance of 2.6 mH, which means it tries to slow down sudden changes in current to keep the flow more steady. It also has a winding resistance of 0.058 ohms, which is the natural resistance in the motor's wires that causes some energy loss as heat.
The motor has a mass of 146 kg with a rotor inertia of 0.09 kgm2, whereas leakage capacitance is 24.3 nF of the motor's component. The number of poles is 6, and the thermal time constant of the motor is 14.8 minutes. The shaft is smooth with a shaft sealing ring and no holding brake. The MS2N13-E1BHC-ASEG0-NNNNN-NN motor features a cylindrical shaft end designed according to DIN 748 part 3, incorporating a centering hole with a thread. Clamping sets, pressure sleeves, or clamping elements are recommended for coupling the driven machine elements.
