Product Description:
The MS2N10-E0BHA-BMAK3-NNNNN-NN is a synchronous servo motor manufactured for the MS2N Synchronous Servo Motors series. It serves as a compact rotary actuator that converts drive current into precisely regulated torque for CNC axes, packaging stations, and other automated positions. Integrated feedback allows the motor to work directly with a compatible drive controller for accurate position and speed regulation. This arrangement supports repeatable motion in machines that require consistent axis performance over frequent operating cycles.
The motor has a rated speed of 2000 rpm, which supports coordinated motion profiles in machine tools and other automated axes. Cooling is provided by a forced-ventilation axial blower rated for 230 V / 50 Hz, so continuous torque can be maintained during demanding duty cycles. Position information is supplied by a multiturn absolute encoder with 4,096 revolutions, and the additional incremental track provides standard Hiperface feedback with 128 signal periods for speed control. A size 3 electrically released holding brake secures the shaft when power is removed. The motor also uses a standard bearing set, a B5 flange face, and a PT1000 temperature sensor for thermal monitoring during operation.
The rotor uses a low-inertia rotor design, which helps reduce acceleration time and eases demand on the drive during rapid motion changes. Power and feedback are carried through a double cable connection with a fixed M58 connector and a rotatable M17 connector, which supports flexible cable routing at the machine. Torque is transmitted through a keyway shaft with a shaft sealing ring to help protect the housing interface from contamination. The housing is finished with standard varnish in RAL 9005 black, and the E frame length fits the MS2N10 size envelope without changing the basic mounting dimensions. This layout allows the motor to remain compact while still supporting the electrical and mechanical features used on automated production equipment.
