Product Description:

The MS2N10-D0BNA-CSBK0-NNNNN-NN has a standstill torque of 30.2 Nm at 60K and 34.0 Nm at 100K, with a standstill current of 12.6 A and 14.5 A, respectively. With a moment of inertia of 0.0048 kg·m², the rotor can respond quickly and regulate dynamic motion. There are several ways to connect electrical devices, including a single cable with a circular, rotational connector and a rapid lock SPEEDCON system. Users can also get double cable connections that work with power connectors M17, M23, M40 (all of which may be rotated with SPEEDCON), M58, or terminal boxes.

The M17 encoder connection may be turned and has a SPEEDCON fast lock for easy usage. Users may add a holding brake that releases electrically at 24V DC (±10%). The motor can work with both BASIC and ADVANCED encoder types. BASIC encoders employ a capacitive sampling mechanism to provide analogue SinCos signal output and digital parameter data using the Hiperface interface. They do not send temperature signals. Using a photoelectric approach, ADVANCED encoders provide all process and parameter data digitally over the ACUROlink protocol, including temperature indications. Advanced encoders also exceed safety standards for SIL 2 (EN IEC 61508) and PL d (EN ISO 13849). Singleturn encoders record the absolute location of a shaft revolution, whereas multiturn encoders may record the absolute position of up to 4096 motor rotations.

It also has a standard natural convection cooling system that keeps it running reliably in industrial settings. The design has electrical connections that can be turned, which makes it easier to install and fit into different machine layouts. This type is ideal for both continuous and periodic intermittent operation (S3). When the motor is running intermittently, it may take more weight depending on how long it is ON.
