MS2N07-D0BFN-CMSG2-NNNNN-NN is a MS2N synchronous servo motor. It a product of Bosch Rexroth, a premier supplier of automation solutions. Operators can select from four different types of encoders with single- and multi-turn variants. The encoders differ in performance and resolution. The multiturn encoder installed on this motor delivers advanced performance at 20-bit resolution. For the motor shaft, operators can select from smooth or keyed shafts that can be with or without a seal. The smooth shaft on this motor features a seal. This shaft configuration provides a higher level of ingress protection, and, as a result, the motor complies with IP65 rating requirements. Five different types of cable connections are available. MS2N07-D0BFN-CMSG2-NNNNN-NN is a motor with one connector that connects to a hybrid cable that carries power and data signals.
Holding brakes designed for electrical release are available in two sizes. This motor is equipped with a size 2 brake with 36 Nm holding torque. Six options are available for the motor winding, and the choice of winding type determines the rated speed and other performance-related characteristics. The windings on this motor enable 1340 RPM nominal speed. The specified inductance and resistance of the windings are 45.67 mH and 2.71 Ohms. Cooling options for MS2N motors include liquid cooling, forced ventilation, and self cooling. MS2N07-D0BFN-CMSG2-NNNNN-NN is designed for self-cooling.
