The MS2N06-E0BHN-CMSK2-NNANN-NN is a synchronous motor built by Bosch Rexroth to operate with a compatible Rexroth controller and form an automation system that can provide high power density and serve a wide range of machines. This motor design is built with a durable metallic housing shaped to allow for easy mounting and installation by well-trained personnel. A RAL 9005 black coat also covers the housing of this motor to prevent corrosive liquids like dilute acids and alkali from causing quick deterioration. This motor is a permanent magnet device that operates at a low inertial level. Heat from the winding of this motor is conducted to its housing, where it is efficiently controlled via natural convection, conduction and radiation. There is no air blower attached to this motor.
The MS2N06-E0BHN-CMSK2-NNANN-NN synchronous motor comes with a shaft featuring a keyway; this shaft is connected to an integrated electrically released holding brake that retains any load connected to its output shaft during standstill operation. The standard bearings of this motor are lubricated to reduce friction, and it also supports loads connected to its output shaft. A PT1000 thermistor is integrated at the output shaft of this industrial motor; this thermistor protects the motor from overload damage by helping it detect unacceptable internal temperature levels.
