Product Description:
MS2N06-D1BNN-CMSH2-NNNNN-GM100N2020DN-NN is an advanced motor that is optimized for industrial applications. It has several features that make it an optimal choice for a wide range of applications. Include These high-performance permanent magnets, an optical absolute value encoder with 20-bit resolution for high accuracy and precision, single cable technology, smooth shaft, and an optional holding brake. The cable connector on the motor is a rotatable M23 connector. The shaft is without a seal. Protection class of the motor is IP64. Operators can order a shaft seal, which increases the protection class to IP65. Operators can also order motors with sealing air, which improves the protection class to IP67. When the temperature is between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius, the motor performs optimally and delivers rated power output. When the temperature rises, its power falls, i.e. derates.
The maximum temperature allowed by Bosch for operation with derating is 60 degrees Celsius. The site elevation should be less than 1000 meters, otherwise the motor output will derate. The MS2N06-D1BNN-CMSH2-NNNNN-GM100N2020DN-NN motor produces 75 dB(A) sound pressure during operation. Nominal speed of the MS2N06-D1BNN-CMSH2-NNNNN-GM100N2020DN-NN motor is 3000 RPM. If required, it can operate at 6000 RPM peak speed. This self-cooled motor supports digital feedback. It is equipped with a high-resolution multiturn encoder. This encoder supports 20-bit resolution for superior accuracy, which enables excellent speed and position control. A single cable for power and control reduces installation costs, reduces troubleshooting complexity, and improves the overall system reliability. An electrically released holding brake provides added safety during operation. This brake prevents shaft movement until the time that a motor controller sends a shaft release signal. Combined weight of brake and the motor is 10.5 kilograms.
