The MS2N05-D0BHN-ASDL0-NNNNN-NN Synchronous servo motor is developed by Bosch and the encoder supports one revolution of absolute location and has basic performance. There has been no further design adjustment to the flange, and it is built to standard specifications.

The MS2N05-D0BHN-ASDL0-NNNNN-NN synchronous servo motor features a keyway shaft without a sealing ring and half key balancing. The servo motor is equipped with a single-turn absolute encoder that follows the Hiperface® protocol and has a nominal speed of 2000 min⁻¹. The encoder has 16 signal periods. The rotor is able to accomplish tasks that involve dynamic motion with relative ease because of its low inertia design. The servo motor has a peak torque of 31.3 Nm at 100 K, and the torque capacity is 34.0 Nm when the temperature is 20 degrees Celsius. Both the static and continuous torques are 9.35 and 7.55 Nm, respectively, at 100 K. A stall torque of 7.9 Nm is achieved at 60 K. At 100K, the static current rating is 3.63 A, and the continuous current value is 3.03 A. At 60K, the stall current is 3.05 A. Two rotating M17 connectors are part of the product's double-cable connection. Standard bearings are used, and it has a RAL 9005 black varnish coating.

Featuring a PT1000 sensor, the MS2N05-D0BHN-ASDL0-NNNNN-NN servo motor follows the B5 / IM3001 design. There is no holding brake on this motor, and it has a self-cooling mode. The servo motor has no unique design elements or external cooling systems needed for this servo motor. Installing and maintaining the electrical connection method is made easier.
