The MS2N05-C0BTN-AMDK0-NNNNE-NN is a high-efficiency synchronous servo motor. The motor is part of the MS2N Synchronous Servo Motors series which assures reliable performance. It's designed for industrial automation and servo-driven machinery.

The MS2N05-C0BTN-AMDK0-NNNNE-NN servo motor was designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to fulfil high torque and speed requirements. The motor generates 6.10 Nm of continuous torque at 60K and 7.15 Nm at 100K. It produces a peak torque of 22.6 Nm in short bursts. At 60K the continuous current is 3.53 A whereas at 100K it is 4.16 A. It can support a peak current of 15.1 A without overheating. The encoder has 16 signal phases, uses the Hiperface® protocol and is multiturn absolute in design. It can track up to 4096 revolutions with exceptional positional accuracy. The MS2N05 motor’s shaft comes with a keyway and to avoid any lubricant or oil leakage a shaft seal ring is also placed in this model. This variant does not contain a holding brake. An M17 double plug that is rotatable is used for electrical communication. The rotor has low inertia with a moment value of 0.00029 kgm². The BT winding type allows for a rated speed of up to 6000rpm. The Motor is self-cooling which eliminates the need for external cooling. The motor has IP64 to IP67 protection standards.
