Product Description:
The MS2N04-D0BQN-HMSH0-NNNNN-NN is a synchronous AC servo motor that requires 460 volts AC to operate with a nominal current rating of 2.12 Amperes and a power rating of 0.92 kW. This servo motor is designed to rotate at the speed of 3320 rpm at nominal operating mode and has a current rating of 2.12 Amperes at nominal while at high-speed mode where the motor can generate 6000 rpm of speed this servo motor is able to draw up to 17 Amperes of current.
This motor requires a compatible motor controller to tolerate, and this servo motor is compatible with various motor control modules including TDK, KDS, DSC, and other types of controllers from Rexroth. This motor is compatible with control via PLC and DCS systems in an industrial setup and can be used in combination with a network card to be used over a network. The motor supports RS232 and RS485 serial communication protocol with a 2-wire setup. For controlling the speed of the motor, a voltage constant of 88.9 volts is used to calculate the speed of the motor as for every 1000 rpm of speed, the motor generates 88.9 volts of feedback which with the help of a tacho feedback system is used to adjust the speed.
The MS2N04-D0BQN-HMSH0-NNNNN-NN comes with a single-turn encoder module that can track the motor shaft rotation for up to one complete rotation only. This encoder module requires 7 to 12 volts DC to operate and has a resolution of 128 pulses per period of rotation. The encoder relies on the Hiperface secure digital encoder interface protocol for secure and reliable transmission of data to the motor control module.
