Product Description:
To run an industrial gearbox system that can generate high torque output, the MS2N04-D0BQN-CSSH1-NNANN-NN is the perfect choice, as this servo motor is capable of producing a maximum rotational torque of 19.7 Nm while rotating at the maximum speed of 6000 rotations per minute. This servo motor features an encoder that is designed around the Hiperface interface protocol, short for High Performance Interface. This interface is a digital encoder interface to help track precise positioning of the encoder shaft. The encoder generates 128 sine or cosine wave signals to mark one complete rotation of the shaft.
The encoder on this servo limits rotation at 360 degrees in either direction as it comes with a single-turn configuration. The connector on this motor is the single connector with rotatable feature that allows the wire to easily rotate in 360 degrees as the operator prefers, based on the direction of the mounting of this servo motor. Speaking of mounting, this AC servo motor can only be mounted using the flange mounting option as it does not support foot mounting. The flange should be of the exact size of 82 mm to help keep the servo motor rigidly mounted.
This motor also comes with an additional feature of a holding brake. This holding brake is capable of generating a torque of 5 Nm that can help slow down the motor and can be used at the maximum speed limit of 6000 rpm, which is also the maximum speed limit of this servo motor. To operate this brake, it requires an input voltage of 24 volts DC with a current rating of 0.71 amperes. The brake has a delay of 30 ms when engaged and 45 ms when released from clamp.
