The MS2N04-D0BQN-CMSK1-NNNNN-NN is a IP 65 protected three phase permanent magnet motor under variant of synchronous servo motor that is renowned for its dynamic response. The motor encoder has functional safety of level 2 with category 3 performance level. However, the encoder has 60 mA maximum power consumption, and 9 bit position resolution to ensure functional safe position. The encoder rotations is 4096 with 36 rotation variation for system accuracy of the encoder. It is advanced encoder with ACURO link interface, and the function encoder resolution in this motor is 20 bit. However, the supply voltage to the encoder varies from 7 V to 12 V.
Additionally, its class insulation of F allows for safe operation at extreme winding temperatures, ensuring long-term thermal stability under continuous or high-load operation. The number of poles is 10 to have extra support in the magnetic configuration. The motor construction style is flange mounting with holes that have a diameter of 6.6 mm. The cooling mode is IC 410 that is considered as self, and it has PT 1000 temperature sensor to monitor over heating or temperatures.
