With enhanced safety features and high-level reliability, the MS2N04-D0BQN-BMDH1-NNNNN-GE080N1005BN-NN from MS2N series from Rexroth is designed for applications where positioning of the shaft is very critical, for example, robotics. This particular motor comes with an encoder that can track multiple rotations for up to 4096 rotations in a given operation cycle and would require a nominal voltage of 7 volts to operate the encoder. For every increment, this encoder will generate a 5-volt square wave pulse and for each complete rotation, the Hiperface digital interface allows up to 128 pulses or increments.

The locked rotor torque for this servo motor at 60K is 3.85 Nm with a current draw of 2.86 amperes, while at 100K the locked rotor torque is 4.65 Nm with a current draw of 3.48 amperes. The rated torque for this servo motor at 100K is 2.65 Nm while the current draw for it is 2.12 amperes.
