With an all-metal design made to last for a long time, the MS2N04-D0BQN-AMDG0-NNNNN-NN is a rigid servo motor made with heavy-duty materials to ensure durability. This AC servo motor is compact and can fit easily, as it has a frame size D that makes the motor 180 cm long and weigh approximately 5.7 kg, ensuring the motor is portable and easy to move around without needing lifting mechanisms.
The encoder on this motor is a basic 16-period standard Hiperface encoder that generates 16 pulses per rotation. Since the encoder is a multiturn encoder, the shaft can rotate up to 4096 complete rotations, allowing this servo motor to provide a high range with higher levels of accuracy. The encoder requires a stable 5 to 12-volt DC supply that will draw up to 35 mA of current and can tolerate up to 10% voltage deviation. The encoder keeps generating 5-volt square pulses whenever an increment is encountered, allowing it to count the number of increments, which in turn helps it to calculate the angle of rotation.
This servo motor can run up to 6000 rpm and has a derated speed limit of 1000 rpm, which is only possible if the servo motor does not operate under the rated operating conditions, especially when it's mounted at high-altitude positions, causing it to limit its speed. The maximum altitude for mounting this servo motor is 1000 meters above sea level. The motor comes with a RAL 9005 varnish that keeps the servo motor safe from oxidation, preventing the body of the servo from degrading if installed near humid conditions. The maximum humidity rating for the servo motor is 89%.
