Product Description:
With the D0BHN configuration and special options, the MS2N04-D0BHN-CSSK0-NNNNN-NN is an asynchronous servo motor that is designed for applications such as CNC machines, drilling machines, lathe machines, manufacturing machines, molding machines, etc. This motor comes with a single-turn absolute encoder that has an ACURO Link encoder protocol needed for encrypted transmission of the data over a 20-bit data packet, which also contains the temperature data thanks to the SIL 2 safety protocol embedded in the encoder system. The thermocouple present in this servo motor is type E, with a sensitive and high-temperature range.
To ensure the motor operates efficiently, it is recommended to mount the servo motor in a well-ventilated environment, as it does not come with a cooling fan or liquid cooling. Rather, it relies on self-cooling with the help of the ambient temperature to help cool the metal body of the servo motor. The permissible operating temperature for this servo motor should be kept between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, and in the case of storage, the temperature range for this servo is between -20 to 80 degrees Celsius.
Talking about the electrical specifications of this servo motor, the MS2N04-D0BHN-CSSK0-NNNNN-NN requires an operating voltage of 190 volts AC in a 3-phase configuration and has an input frequency rating between 47 to 63 Hz, making it compatible with various industrial systems around the world. This servo motor can be controlled over a local network with the help of a compatible network card, enabling it to communicate with other industrial systems on the same network over EtherNet/IP. The motor supports both RS-232 and RS-422 serial communication protocols, and supports the two-wire configuration.
