If you require a servo motor that is not only easy to move around and install but is also able to provide a high power output in a small compact design, then MS2N04-D0BHN-CSSH0-NNNNN-NN is the right choice. This servo motor weighs around 4.7 kg but is also very compact, as its length is 18 cm, making it easier to be installed in highly dense plant systems. This motor can only be mounted using an 83 mm flange directly onto the system, preventing uneven load distribution on the shaft by keeping the load centrally aligned, preventing the shaft from breaking or bending. The shaft on this motor has a diameter of 11 mm and is 14 mm long. This motor has a speed rating of 2040 rpm at nominal with a maximum rating of 6000 rpm and is able to generate a maximum torque of 19.7 Nm in cold temperatures close to 20 degrees Celsius or less.
The shaft on this servo motor is a simple smooth shaft without a shaft key lock mechanism, making it easy to slide onto mechanisms that require torque transmission. The motor does feature a shaft seal ring that helps prevent the motor from leaking any liquid or moisture outside the motor enclosure and prevents anything from the environment from seeping into the motor housing, acting as a barrier for protection.
To further enhance protection for the exterior of the servo motor, the MS2N04-D0BHN-CSSH0-NNNNN-NN comes in an all-black paint that not only enhances aesthetics but also acts as a sealing paint to prevent the motor housing from getting oxidized over time due to exposure to open air. This motor can be installed indoors as well as outdoors. The only limit for this motor is the altitude at which it is mounted, which is 1000 meters at maximum from sea level.
