Product Description:
With a single-turn absolute encoder attached, the MS2N04-C0BTN-HMSG0-NNNNE-NN is the perfect choice for a servo motor when using it for CNC-related applications or for robotics applications as it can handle the precise movement of the servo shaft with higher accuracy using the ACURO Link digital encoder interface that not only transmits the data related to the position of the shaft but also ensures other safety-related information is transmitted to ensure safe operation of this servo motor.
This motor offers a very slender design as it comes with a C frame size which is very compact and weighs less than 4 kg making this motor easy and portable. The maximum altitude suggested for mounting this servo motor is a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level. The speed for rated conditions is at 3900 rpm while under derated mode this motor rotates at the speed of 1000 rotations per minute which is when this motor is mounted more than 1000 meters above sea level. To ensure a smooth supply to the motor, the MS2N04-C0BTN-HMSG0-NNNNE-NN also supports EMC capacitors. The supply voltage of this motor varies between 190 to 290 volts AC and comes with a 3-phase input configuration with a frequency rating between 50 Hz to 60 Hz.
Since this motor can attain up to 6000 rotations per minute, this motor comes with self-lubricating ball bearings that do not need to be maintained; however, it is always a good practice to take care of the maintenance of your automation equipment after every 20000 to 30000 cycles of use to ensure the motor has a prolonged life, preventing it from getting worn out during regular operation mode.
