Product Description:

With a maximum speed of 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 13.05 Nm, the MS2N04-C0BTN-HMHG1-NNNNN-NN is the perfect choice for low torque robotics or applications that require low rotor inertia as this motor comes with a rotor moment of inertia of 0.00016 kgm² that helps this motor quickly adjust its speed. This servo motor runs on a closed loop mode where every input goes through a process to help reduce the error at the output by continuously comparing the real output value with the expected.

The encoder on this motor is a multiturn encoder with a step count of 2048 steps for one single rotation while this encoder is able to count up to 4096 turns helping this motor track longer rotations and not limiting the servo to just 360 degrees. This encoder requires around 5 volts DC to 12 volts DC to function and may draw up to 26 mA of current to function nominally and for every step count detected, the encoder generates a 5 volts square wave feedback pulse.

To mount this motor as stable as possible, the MS2N04-C0BTN-HMHG1-NNNNN-NN only supports the flange mounting option which is compatible with an 85 mm flange that ensures the motor will not vibrate too much and helps keep the load centered at the shaft to prevent it from breaking under high stress when a heavy load is attached to the shaft and spun at high speeds. The shaft on this motor is a smooth design making it perfect for torque transmission and no lock and key mechanism is required to attach a coupler.
