Product Description:
Featuring an ACURO LINK interface along with SIL 3 safety protocol to ensure this servo motor does not overheat, the MS2N04-C0BTN-HMDH1-NNNNN-NN from Rexroth is a safe and perfectly capable servo motor that comes with a maximum speed rating of 6000 rpm along with 13.05 Nm of maximum torque. This motor can operate without the need for an axial blower or suction fan to help cool it down as it relies on the SIL 3 safety protocol, which shuts the motor off if it exceeds 145 degrees Celsius. It also utilizes the natural convection cooling method. The no-fan design helps keep the motor's noise to a minimum, with a noise level rating of 75 dB only.
This motor features a double connection M17 rotatable connector port that helps with easily connecting this motor to the supply unit as well as any connector ports needed for communication, making the wiring simple and easy, preventing them from getting tangled. The rotatable connector also makes it easy to mount the servo motor in any orientation the user may want without restricting the position to a particular angle or side.
The all-aluminum design helps prolong the overall life of the servo motor, as the aluminum body comes with a black sealant paint to help prevent oxidation and protect the motor's body from corrosion over time. This servo motor comes with a recommended operating temperature range between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and has a humidity range between 10 to 95%, making it a great choice for offshore projects where high humidity tends to affect a lot of automation equipment.
