The MS2N04-C0BTN-CMDK0-NNNNN-NN Servo Motor is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This motor has a winding of 6,000 min with a Multiturn encoder. This motor has no holding brake. It has a Keyway, with a shaft seal, and an M17 Double Plug, turnable electrical connection. It provides many advantages in high-precision applications. This encoder is used in the motor to track how the motor operates effectively with no holding brake. A multiturn absolute encoder is designed to detect not only the position relative to a particular revolution but also the general number of revolutions up to 4096, in this case. This capability is very beneficial in applications when the motor needs to know the number of rotations, such as in long-travel conveyor applications or robotic actuators. This helps the system to determine the exact position of the rotor at an instant in a continuous operation, especially when power has been shut off.
