Product Description:
Part of the MS2N04 low inertia motors, the MS2N04-C0BNN-CMDG0-NNNNE-NN is a high speed servo motor that can generate a maximum speed of 6000 rpm along with a rotational inertia of 0.00016 kgm2. This allows this servo motor to change its speed from one extreme end to another based on the load attached to the shaft of the motor. This servo motor comes with a plain smooth shaft design, which is perfect for torque transmission applications. The shaft seal provides protection, keeping the shaft end protected from dust and moisture.
This servo has a maximum torque generation capability of up to 13.05 Nm and can generate such torque when spinning at 6000 rotations per minute. At a speed of 3230 rpm, this motor has a speed rating of 2.96 Nm, which is the nominal torque rating. This motor has a torque constant ratio of 1.74 Nm of torque for every ampere of current that it consumes. The voltage that it generates when rotating at a speed of 1000 rpm is 11.96 volts.
This servo motor comes with a 5 pole configuration, allowing the motor to rotate as smoothly as possible. Each pole is energized with the phase of the input power supply, with an input voltage of up to 575 volts AC and an input frequency range between 50 to 60 Hz. This servo motor comes with a Hiperface encoder that has a 128 period per rotation configuration, where in one rotation, the encoder generates around 128 pulses to count the number of rotations. This motor encoder can only count one single rotation and requires 7 to 12 volts DC to function.
