Designed for high speed applications, the MS2N04-C0BNN-BSDH1-NNNNN-NN is a 6000 rpm servo motor with an operating voltage range between 169 volts AC to 270 Volts AC while the input operating frequency will be between 50 to 60 Hz. This servo motor is designed to provide a minimum torque of up to 2.39 Nm, while it can generate up to 2.8 Nm at a standstill. This servo motor comes with a rotational torque constant of 1.74 Nm for every ampere of supply current that it draws and has a maximum current rating of up to 9.7 Amperes while the maximum torque rating for this servo is 13.05 Nm.
This motor comes with a single turn absolute encoder with Hiperface technology that ensures smooth communication between the motor encoder and digital control module. This motor also comes with a holding brake of torque 5 Nm which requires 24 volts DC to function and takes up to 30 ms to engage along with a disengagement delay of 45 ms. To allow this servo motor to rotate accurately and precisely, the Single turn Hiperface encoder can allow the shaft of this motor to rotate only once and produce 128 pulses for one complete rotation.
This servo motor comes with a self cooling design where the motor uses ambient air to cool the motor housing and should always be mounted in a well ventilated zone. The mounting of this servo motor uses a flange of size of 84 mm allowing this servo motor to be installed easily. This motor comes with a smooth 14 mm shaft which features a shaft seal ring which is an addition to the IP 65 protection rating that this servo motor comes with.
