The MS2N04-C0BNN-BSDH0-NNNNN-NN from Rexroth's high-speed motor lineup comes with a Hiperface encoder module for accurate position tracking of the motor shaft. This servo motor encoder can generate up to 128 signal pulses for one complete period of rotation and can only allow the shaft to rotate once. The Hiperface encoder allows the shaft to rotate in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions.
MS2N04-C0BNN-BSDH0-NNNNN-NN comes with a maximum torque rating of 13.05 Nm and is perfect for high-speed drilling and CNC positioning as it has a nominal speed rating of around 3200 rpm and a maximum speed of 6000 rpm, perfect for applications that require a servo with a fast and high response time. Speaking of response time, this servo motor comes with a rotor motor with an inertia of 0.00011 kgm2 where the motor can accelerate and decelerate at a very quick pace allowing the motor to change the speed within a fraction of a second and providing a quick response time. To ensure that this motor has a speed regulation option, the MS2N04-C0BNN-BSDH0-NNNNN-NN comes with a speed regulation feature using the tacho feedback system where the tacho feedback generates around 3 volts feedback signal for every 1000 rpm of speed that this motor achieves.
This motor comes with class F thermal insulation where the motor can withstand up to 170 degrees Celsius of temperature before taking permanent damage. The recommended operating temperature is between 0 degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius for optimum performance. This servo motor comes with a low noise level rating of up to 75 dB, which ensures that it remains within the industrial noise level allowed by the relevant regulatory authority.
