Part of the MS2N04 series of high-speed Asynchronous motors, the MS2N04-C0BNN-BSDG0-NNNNN-NN can generate a rotational speed of 3230 rpm at nominal with a nominal rotational torque rating of around 2.4 Nm. This motor can increase its speed to a maximum of 6000 rpm while generating a rotational torque to 13 Nm at the maximum speed**. In the locked rotor mode where the shaft of the servo is fixed in one single position with load attached, the servo at rated conditions can generate a rated standstill < of 2.8 Nm.
The BSDG0 options allow this motor to feature a compact size B frame where this motor enclosure is around 80 mm long and can easily fit into dense systems. With a flange size of 42 mm, this servo motor can be easily mounted directly with the shaft attached perpendicularly to reduce axial stress on the shaft of the motor and reduce power dissipation due to the misalignment of the shaft. This motor does not come with a holding brake system and hence weighs right under 2 kg making his motor both compact and portable.
The shaft of this motor is of smooth design with a length of up to 14 mm which allows this motor to be used with various types of applications. This shaft is center-balanced and helps with reducing axial stress making this servo a great choice for high torque robotics or other process automation applications. To ensure the shaft of this motor remains sealed from the front to prevent lubrication leakages, this servo motor also comes with a shaft seal ring. The IP 65 protection rating ensures that this servo motor remains dry and dustproof when installed in harsh industrial environments.
