The MS2N04-B0BTN-CSSH1-NNANN-NN is an IP64 industrial synchronous motor designed to efficiently supply various mechanical machines in industrial environments with the kinetic energy they require to maintain an optimum operation process. This servo motor is built through a process that combines experience gathered over decades with new-generation technology; its unique design provides it with reliable housing protection, high torque output and the ability to maintain low inertia during dynamic operation. The motor operates with two independent systems that monitor its operation temperature and protect it from thermal overload. The thermal protection devices include the state-of-the-art temperature sensor and the drive internal temperature model. The threshold values for motor temperature monitoring are stored in the encoder data memory of the motor. This information is read and monitored automatically by the connected Rexroth controllers equipped with the motor. At a motor temperature of 140 degrees Celsius, the connected drive controller displays a warning to alert the operator; however, at a motor temperature of 145 degrees Celsius, the motor is automatically disconnected to prevent machine damage.
