To enhance the overall performance of the servo, Rexroth recommends maintaining the servo motor after every 20000 cycles of use.

The torque constant ratio of this servo motor is approximately 1.73 Nm per ampere of current drawn which ensures that this servo motor operates efficiently. The 5 pole design of this motor allows this servo to easily attain high speeds along with smooth rotations during precision critical applications. Each pole requires a poly-phase input voltage connection to generate the required electromagnetic field strength for rotation. To ensure the motor does not run too hot, the MS2N04-B0BNN-CMSK1-NNNNE-NN relies on a natural convection cooling method that uses the ambient air to help cool the body of the servo motor keeping the coil of the servo motor under the recommended operating temperature by the manufacturer.
