For enhancing the control systems of an industrial process, the MS2N04-B0BNN-CMDG1-NNNNV-GA is a perfect candidate for providing reliable speeds and control options as it comes with a multiturn encoder with the ACURO Link interface which also supports the SIL 2 safety protocol. This particular motor has a rated speed of 3000 rpm while it can provide a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. The motor can be operated using a compatible power supply unit capable of providing a voltage range of 150 to 480 volts AC and can provide a minimum current of 4.9 Amperes.
This motor can be used to operate a motor gearbox to further multiply the output torque as this motor has a nominal torque rating of 6.4 Nm and requires a flange of size 58 mm to mount itself on a machine control box for perfectly aligned mounting to prevent the motor from vibrating too much and to provide a rigid mount preventing this motor from increasing stress on the shaft of the motor which may lead to breaking of the motor shaft. The shaft on this motor is a smooth shaft design perfect for torque transmission and comes with a seal ring to keep the front of the motor protected from dust and moisture and to also prevent the motor oil from seeping out the front of the motor.
To keep this motor functional for longer periods of time, the manufacturer recommended performing maintenance activities after every 30,000 cycles of use and should always replace parts prone to damage after every 15,000 cycles of use to further prolong the life of the motor. Under derated conditions, this servo motor has a speed rating of 1000 rpm.
