Designed for high-speed applications, the MS2N03-D0BYN-CMSK0-NNANN-NN from Rexroth is a 5700 rpm servo motor that comes with Asynchronous operating mode. The Asynchronous operation mode allows both stator and rotor to operate at different speeds allowing it to attain high speeds of up to 9000 rpm with the help of standard type bearings that it comes with. This motor can be connected using an EMC filter capacitor to keep the input voltage line free of noise and harmonics.
This motor has a torque constant of 0.6 Nm per ampere of current that it consumes allowing the motor to have an efficient design. The voltage constant of this motor is 36.7 volts per 1000 rpm of speed that it produces. This motor has a compact design with a frame size of D and only weighs 2 kg making this motor both lightweight and compact considering the amount of speed and torque it is able to produce. The motor connector is placed on the top of the motor allowing for easier access to the wiring of the motor making it easy for the operator to maintain the motor and perform debugging activities.
The motor has a current rating of 14.5 Amperes and since it is a 5-pole motor it can be connected using poly phase input voltage configuration. The minimum voltage rating of this motor is between 168 to 480 volts AC with an input frequency of 50 to 60 Hz.
