The MS2E10-C0BHN-CMVK2-NNNNN-NN is a three-phase permanent-magnet servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. It is intended for precise position and speed control in industrial automation, where its integrated feedback system supports accurate closed-loop motion. Its compact design simplifies machine layouts and reduces the amount of external equipment needed around the controlled axis.
This model reaches a nominal speed of 2000 rpm and uses a low-inertia rotor to support rapid acceleration during high-cycle operation. A size 2 electrically released holding brake provides 53.00 Nm of brake torque for holding stationary loads when power is removed. The IP65 enclosure and shaft sealing ring protect internal components against dust and low-pressure water jets. Winding temperature is monitored by a PT1000 sensor, while self-cooling removes heat without an external blower. A deep-groove ball bearing set supports the shaft, and a 180 mm centering collar aligns the motor with the mounting surface. The flange measures 196 mm square and has standard accuracy. The multiturn encoder tracks 4096 absolute revolutions, preserving position information across multiple shaft rotations. A keyed shaft with a sealing ring provides positive torque transfer to compatible couplings while helping prevent contaminants from reaching the bearing area. The motor is ATEX compliant for operation in designated hazardous zones. Its housing is finished with RAL 9005 varnish to protect the exterior during continuous operation in industrial environments where moisture or chemical exposure may occur.
