The MS2E07-E0CNN-CMSK2-NNNBN-NN is a three-phase permanent-magnet servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. It drives positioning axes in automated machinery by converting electrical power into regulated torque and speed. A low-inertia rotor allows rapid cycle changes while the motor maintains the precise movement required for industrial motion control.
The motor uses a standard deep-groove ball bearing set and a keyway shaft with a sealing ring to protect the lubricated interface. Its rated output speed reaches 3000 rpm, allowing responsive operation across demanding motion cycles. Mechanical coupling follows the B5 / IM3001 mounting pattern. The flange has an outside diameter of 140 mm and a centering collar measuring 130 mm, aligned with a 165 mm bolt circle. Four 11 mm mounting holes accommodate the fasteners. Frame length E is paired with motor size 07, while the flange uses standard accuracy. External wiring is simplified by a single cable connection with a rotatable M23 connector, which combines the power, encoder, and brake lines. The housing has a RAL 9005 varnish finish that provides corrosion resistance.
Self-cooling and a PT1000 winding sensor support continuous performance from 0 to 40 °C without derating. Operation is permitted at elevations of up to 1,000 m above mean sea level. The enclosure has an IP65 rating, protecting internal components against dust and water jets. The electrically released size-2 holding brake supplies 36.00 Nm of torque for static clamping when power is removed. Position data are delivered by an Advanced Performance ACUROlink multi-turn encoder. It provides a single-turn resolution of 20 bits and stores absolute position data for up to 4,096 revolutions. The encoder relays precise position information to the controller during cyclic operation.
