Internal Product Review
The MS2E07-E0BQN-EMVL2-NNNNS-G1 is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat 3~ PM motor, and the self-cooling design supports efficient thermal behavior in continuous-duty applications. Low inertia and a 4000 rpm nominal speed give the servomotor excellent dynamic response for precise motion control. ATEX compliance and IP65 protection with shaft sealing ring make this model a strong choice for demanding industrial environments.

Product Description:
The MS2E07-E0BQN-EMVL2-NNNNS-G1 is a three-phase permanent-magnet servomotor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. With motor size code 07, it supplies closed-loop torque and position control for automated axes in packaging, material-handling, and machine-tool equipment. Its permanent-magnet design eliminates rotor slip, allowing commanded speed to remain closely matched to the electrical frequency. The B5 / IM3001 flange format also supports installation in standard IEC machinery frames without additional adapters.
The motor delivers a nominal speed of 4000 rpm. Its size 2 electrically released holding brake provides 36.00 Nm of brake torque to secure vertical or externally loaded shafts when power is removed. The self-cooling housing permits operation within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 40 °C without power derating. Operation is also permitted at altitudes from 0 to 1,000 m above sea level while maintaining the intended thermal performance. The housing and shaft sealing ring provide IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets. A 140 mm square flange includes a 165 mm hole circle, 11 mm mounting holes, and a 130 mm centering collar for concentric alignment with connected machinery. Standard deep-groove ball bearings support radial and axial loads, while a RAL 9005 black varnish protects the exterior of the stator housing.
The rotor has a low-inertia design that supports rapid acceleration and responsive changes in shaft speed. Its multi-turn encoder records 4,096 absolute revolutions, allowing the control system to retain shaft position across power cycles without repeating a complete homing sequence. Temperature feedback is supplied by a PT1000 element embedded in the winding overhang, enabling the connected drive to monitor motor temperature during operation. A rotatable double cable connection with M17 and M40 connectors provides separate interfaces and allows flexible cable routing around nearby machine components. Frame length code E keeps the motor housing compact, and the flange face uses standard tolerances for consistent mechanical alignment. The motor is ATEX-compliant for operation in designated explosive atmospheres when installed and operated according to the applicable requirements.
