The MS2E07-D0BRN-EMVL2-NNNNS-G1 is a three-phase permanent-magnet servomotor from the Bosch Rexroth Indramat MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. Designed for dynamic positioning axes, this low-inertia unit converts drive current into rapid torque changes without an external blower because its housing uses self-cooling. It is intended for industrial automation applications that require tight velocity and position control, including packaging lines, assembly cells, and inspection conveyors.
The motor achieves a nominal speed of 4500 rpm, enabling fast cycle times for pick-and-place gantries. An electrically released size 2 holding brake supplies 36.00 Nm of static torque to secure vertical loads when power is removed. Position feedback comes from a multi-turn encoder that tracks 4096 absolute revolutions, while an internal PT1000 temperature sensor monitors winding temperature. Power and signal conductors are routed through a rotatable dual cable connection with M17 and M40 connectors, reducing cable strain during installation. Deep-groove ball bearings support radial forces across the D-length frame and size 07 housing. The RAL 9005 varnish protects the motor surfaces, while an IP65 enclosure with a shaft sealing ring shields internal components from dust and low-pressure water jets.
