The MS2E07-D0BNN-CMSG2-NNNNN-NN is a three-phase permanent-magnet servomotor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. It converts electrical commands from a servo amplifier into precise rotary motion for positioning axes in industrial automation. A low-inertia rotor enables rapid torque changes and shortens acceleration times in applications that require responsive movement. Electrical power, brake supply, and encoder signals share a single rotatable M23 connector, which simplifies cable routing around the motor housing.
The motor operates at a nominal speed of 3000 rpm under rated voltage and load. A size 2 electrically released holding brake supplies 36.00 Nm of static torque to secure an axis when power is removed. Motion feedback is provided by an Advanced Performance ACUROlink multi-turn encoder with a single-turn resolution of 20 bits. Its multi-turn counter tracks up to 4096 revolutions for absolute positioning across an extended travel range. The motor is ATEX compliant and has an IP65 protection rating with a shaft sealing ring, supporting operation in dusty or washdown environments. An integrated PT1000 sensor monitors temperature, while the self-cooling frame dissipates heat without a separate fan. The unit maintains full output at ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C and installation altitudes up to 1,000 m.
The flange has a diameter of 140 mm, a 165 mm hole circle, and 11 mm mounting holes arranged in a B5 / IM3001 pattern.
