This three-phase permanent-magnet motor supplies tightly regulated torque and speed to packaging, material-handling, and machining axes in automated installations. The model combines electronic feedback with a permanent-magnet design to provide closed-loop motion control within the manufacturer’s compatible drive platform.
At its nominal speed of 4000 rpm, the motor uses the Advanced Performance ACUROlink system with a multi-turn encoder that provides a single-turn resolution of 20 bits and stores the absolute position across 4096 mechanical revolutions. The size 07 housing with frame length code C has a 140 mm flange with standard accuracy. Its B5 / IM3001 mounting arrangement uses 11 mm holes on a 165 mm bolt circle, while a 130 mm centering collar maintains concentric alignment. A smooth shaft with a sealing ring works with standard deep-groove ball bearings to achieve an IP65 protection rating.
