Product Description:
The MS2E06-D0BRN-EMUL2-NNNNS-G1 is a three-phase permanent-magnet servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. As a three-phase permanent-magnet motor, it links an IndraDrive inverter to the machine axis, translating current commands into controlled rotary motion. Its self-cooling construction eliminates the need for external blowers, allowing the unit to mount directly in tight enclosures often found on packaging, assembly, and pick-and-place equipment where fast cycle times and accurate positioning are required.
At a nominal speed of 4500 rpm, the rotor can run continuously while a PT1000 sensor tracks the winding temperature. A size 2 electrically released brake supplies a holding torque of 15.00 Nm, preventing shaft movement when power is removed. Multi-turn feedback resolves up to 4096 absolute revolutions, so the controller retains the shaft position without requiring a homing cycle. The enclosure is rated IP65 with a shaft sealing ring, guarding the deep-groove ball bearings against dust and water jets. The motor operates without derating from 0 to 40 °C and at elevations up to 1,000 m above sea level. Its construction is ATEX compliant for operation in designated hazardous zones.
The mechanical interface conforms to the B5 / IM3001 mounting standard. A flange size of 116 mm mates with common gearboxes, while a centering collar diameter of 95 mm supports concentric alignment. Four 9 mm mounting holes are arranged on a bolt circle measuring 130 mm for secure fastening. The low-inertia rotor, identified by motor size code 06 and frame length code D, supports rapid acceleration with modest drive currents. Standard flange accuracy maintains proper alignment between the motor and connected equipment. A RAL 9005 varnish coating protects the exterior surfaces from corrosion during industrial operation. The deep-groove ball bearing set supports the rotor and accommodates the radial and axial forces associated with the motor’s intended operating range.
