The MS2E05-B0BTN-CMSK1-NNNNN-NN is a three-phase permanent-magnet servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MS2E Synchronous Servo Motors series. It supplies finely regulated torque and speed to positioning tables, tool spindles, packaging axes, and other automated equipment where repeatable motion is essential. The motor converts drive commands into responsive rotary motion and supports rapid acceleration, controlled deceleration, and stable positioning under changing loads. Its compact design allows it to serve applications that require high dynamic performance without occupying excessive machine space.
The motor reaches a nominal speed of 6000 rpm, supporting fast indexing and short production cycles with its low-inertia rotor. Precise feedback is delivered by the Advanced Performance ACUROlink system, which provides a functional single-turn resolution of 20 bits and tracks absolute position across 4096 mechanical turns. The enclosure has an IP65 protection rating and includes a shaft sealing ring, preventing dust and directed water jets from entering the housing. The design is ATEX compliant, supporting installation in applicable hazardous areas, while the RAL 9005 varnish finish resists common industrial fluids. A PT1000 sensor monitors stator temperature, while deep-groove ball bearings support the keyed shaft during radial loading and repeated speed changes. The self-cooling aluminum frame dissipates motor heat without requiring external fans or auxiliary heat sinks.
