The MS2E04-C0BNN-CMSK0-NNNNN-NN is a compact three-phase permanent-magnet servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. It delivers precise position and velocity control for packaging lines, pick-and-place modules, and other motion axes that benefit from a low-inertia rotor. The self-cooling housing removes motor heat without requiring a separate fan or liquid-cooling circuit. The motor is supplied without an integrated holding brake, allowing an external holding mechanism to be added when the application requires one. A RAL 9005 varnish finish protects the housing surfaces during operation in industrial environments.

For dynamic tasks, the unit reaches a nominal speed of 3000 rpm. The Advanced Performance ACUROlink multi-turn encoder provides a 20-bit single-turn resolution and retains absolute position information across 4096 revolutions. This feedback supports accurate closed-loop position and velocity control without requiring a new reference procedure after routine power cycles. The B5 / IM3001 mounting arrangement supports face mounting and consistent alignment with compatible machine interfaces. The housing meets IP65 ingress protection and includes a shaft sealing ring, preventing dust and low-pressure water jets from reaching internal components around the keyway shaft. Rated performance is maintained at elevations up to 1,000 m above mean sea level, where the available air density remains suitable for the motor’s cooling method.
