The MS2E03-B0BYN-ESDL0-NNNNS-G1 is a three-phase permanent-magnet servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MS2E Synchronous Servomotors series. It combines motor size code 03 with frame length code B and a 58 mm flange to provide precise motion in restricted spaces. A low-inertia rotor supports rapid acceleration, while the single-turn encoder supplies absolute feedback for one mechanical revolution. The motor converts drive current into controllable torque for coordinated multi-axis systems used in packaging, assembly, and material-handling equipment.
The motor reaches a nominal speed of 9000 rpm, enabling high cycle rates in lightly loaded axes. Heat is dissipated by a self-cooling design, so no external blower is required across an ambient temperature range of 0 to 40 °C without derating. The IP65 enclosure and shaft sealing ring protect the stator from dust and fluid spray. Standard deep-groove ball bearings minimize friction and support a long operating life. Accurate mounting is aided by a centering collar with a diameter of 40 mm. The B5 / IM3001 mounting interface has a 63 mm hole circle for attachment to compatible machine frames. Winding temperature is monitored by a PT1000 sensor that sends real-time temperature data to the drive. The housing has a black RAL 9005 varnish finish that improves resistance to chemical exposure. The motor is supplied without a holding brake, so an external clamp must secure vertical loads when power is removed. Standard flange accuracy supports proper alignment with connected machinery.
