Product Description

The MMD012A-030-EG1-KN is a servomotor in the MMD series from the manufacturer Bosch Rexroth. The motor must be used along with the intended DMD01.1-W0 servo driver in the DMD series from Rexroth. The device must not be short-circuited at the output terminal. The motor torque with polarity can be highlighted using a 7-segment LED display. The velocity detection digital filter can be used to decrease the noise that is generated when the motor is operated. The larger the value of the digital filter, the lesser the noise generated. The motor supports the mounting of an incremental encoder with 2,500 increments. The servomotor can be shipped to your preferred address with a 1-year warranty.

The COIN output gets turned on when the speed of the motor increases beyond the setting value. The motor has a size of 12 and makes use of a plain shaft with a sealing ring. The unit has a rotor moment of inertia of 0.067 x 10-4 kgm2 with brake. If the zero-velocity clamp input parameter is set to zero, the motor will not rotate because the driver will be in the zero-velocity clamp state. The over-velocity protection function gets activated if the speed of the motor goes beyond the velocity limit value set using a system parameter.

The motor must be turned two revolutions in the clockwise and two in the counterclockwise directions to incorporate the automatic gain tuning action. These four revolutions together represent one cycle. The servomotor is intended to operate between an ambient temperature range of 0°C and +40°C. As the motor speed approaches the velocity limit value, there are chances that the torque output will not follow the torque output command. The motor can be set to trial run by setting the front panel to JOG mode.
