Product Description:

The MKE047B-144-KG0-BENN Bosch Rexroth synchronous motor is designed for B05 flange assembly. The motor should not feature any pinching or jamming on the centering collar when it is mounted. The device comes with the SUP-M02-MKE accessory kit necessary for its connection. This unit must always be worked only after it has been disconnected and secured against restart. Its screwed connections must be capable of withstanding the forces because of the motor weight and the forces acting during operation. The product is highlighted by a length code of B. The device has an insulation class of 155 as per DIN EN 60034-1 specifications.

This synchronous motor is meant to be connected with the manufacturer’s readymade cables. The unit must always be cooled down for at least 140 minutes before the maintenance. The product should at all times be serviced or repaired only in the de-energized state and in a non-explosible atmosphere. The device offers high operational reliability. The motor can be utilized under adverse environmental conditions because of its completely closed design. The product also features data memory that makes the startup a fast and simple process. The device can be implemented in printing as well as packaging machines. The unit is transported through reputed logistics freight carriers.

The motor is not designed to be operated underwater at any point in time. The connectors of the device must neither be plugged in nor removed when the power is turned ON. The protective sleeves of the unit have to be removed only just before mounting. The motor does not have a holding brake. The housing of this product adheres to ATEX standards. The device features a sound pressure level of 63 +/-3 dBA. Faulty control of the device can result in dangerous movements of the associated drive. The motor with a year’s Wake Industrial warranty can be sent to any destination globally.

Typical drive message (ECODRIVE / DIAX) What it really means First things to check / do
F218 – Heatsink over-temperature shutdown Drive’s power-stage heatsink exceeded its limit  Let the unit cool, blow out dust, confirm cabinet fan/AC, replace failed fan if needed
F219 – Motor over-temperature shutdown Stator PTC tripped ≈ 155 °C  Reduce load, keep ambient ≤ 40 °C, clear dust on the flame-proof housing, verify temp-sensor wiring
F220 – Bleeder-resistor overload Dynamic-brake resistor overheated  Lengthen decel ramps, fit larger or forced-air bleeder, re-torque resistor wiring
E250 – Drive over-temperature warning Heatsink is hot but not yet at trip point  Improve ventilation before it escalates to F218; check cabinet cooling and airflow
F226 – DC-bus undervoltage Link voltage fell below minimum Check mains fuses, look for brown-outs, test DC-link capacitors and supply wiring
F228 – Excessive position deviation Command-vs-actual mismatch beyond window  Re-reference axis, tighten couplings, inspect mechanical backlash and encoder alignment
F230 – Encoder 1 max-frequency exceeded Motor-encoder signal too fast / noisy  Verify speed set-points, look for runaway axis, reroute or replace noisy feedback cable
F234 – Emergency-stop activated +24 V removed at E-Stop input, drive halted  Trace E-Stop circuit, reset safety relay, restore control-voltage feed, clear fault
F242 – Encoder 2 signal too small External sin/cos amplitude < 1 V  Check encoder-2 cable shielding, measure supply 5/12 V, replace faulty encoder if needed
F401 – Double MST error shutdown Two missed SERCOS master-sync frames  Clean fibre-optic links (attenuation < 12.5 dB), reseat transceivers, verify ring IDs
