The MHP115A-024-HG0-BNNNNN model operates at the nominal voltage of 308V and delivers the nominal torque of 14.9 Nm at the speed of 2000 rpm. The MHP synchronous motor produces the continuous torque of 32 Nm by generating 3.1 kW of power at the continuous current of 14.4 A while operating at a standstill position with the 60K increase in housing temperature. The MHP synchronous motor can deliver the theoretical maximum torque of 110 Nm at 64.8 A peak current and maximum speed of 6000 rpm. The winding id of the motor is 024 having 8.6 mH of winding inductance and 0.66 Ohm winding resistance at 20 degree Celsius. The motor can be installed in any direction according to the required operation with easy mounting to the machine as per DIN IEC 34-7.
The model MHP115A-024-HG0-BNNNNN uses an incremental encoder for motor feedback which converts the angular motion of the shaft into an analog code. A plain shaft with shaft sealing rings is placed in this motor to deliver the required power. The model is protected by IP 65 protection category and insulated by insulation class F. The motor housing is coated with a prime black coat which provides resistance against oil and corrosion. The model comes with natural convection cooling type with a maximum permissible motor temperature of 155 ͦC.
