The Bosch Rexroth MHP112C-058-HG3-ANNNNN is a MHP AC motor which is designed for use in conjunction with Rexroth Indramat PowerDrive drives. The combination leads to compact drive packages with standard power supply on Heidenhain TNC430M, TNC410M or TCN426M control. Features of drives developed by the combination of MHP motors and Powerdrive drives include high power data, overload protection, high reliability, use under adverse environmental conditions and high dynamics. MHP motors are available with continuous torque at standstill ranging from less than 10 Nm to more than 120 Nm. The special permanent magnets used on MHP motors permit motor design with low inertial mass. Components of a MHP motor include rotor shaft, permanent magnet, optional holding brake and encoder for feedback. The holding brake is provided for safe holding of the motor shaft is no power is being supplied to the motor.
The maximum and characteristic motor speeds are 4500 RPM and 4000 RPM. The continuous torque at standstill is 38 Nm. The rated motor power is 2 kilowatts.
