MHP Motors are responsive and cost-effective power motors for maintenance-free operation. They act as a servo-motor in the industrial machines with high operational reliability. The high lubricated bearing makes the power motor maintenance-free and serves whole service life. These motors provide overloaded protection and motor temperature monitoring.The MHP motors are permanent-magnet motors with electronic commutation. Unique magnet material permits a design with lower inertial mass. These motors are intended to use with power controllers and continuous path control by specific axis movement. They have no holding brakes.
The motor has plain as well as key shafts and is protected with the shaft sealing. The MHP112c-035-HGO-BNNNNN model comes with the plain shaft. It has incremental encoder with 2.0148 increments. The cooling mode of “natural convection” is made other than the standards methods but other versions of MHP can also have surface cooling as well as liquid cooling. The peak current motor requires is 83.7A with the maximum speed of 2500nM. The power motor holds 167Hz of the nominal frequency with a rated power of 4.3kW to 7.4kW.
