Product Description:
The Rexroth indramat makes MHP AC motors. These motors have standard supply unit on a Heidenhain TNC410M, TNC426M or TNC430M control and are cost-effective and quick-responsive motor. They act as a servo drives for robots, printing and textile machines, handling machines and as machine tools. They are very portable due to their maintenance-free high-end lubricated bearings that enhance the service life of this powerful motor.It provides high operational reliability and overloaded monitoring and protection.
The MHP112B is the synchronous power motors. It comes with the incremental encoder with 2.0148 increments. There is a shaft with a key and a shaft sealing ring for the safety of shafts in the motors. The shaft has DIN 6885 protection category. The MHP motors have no holding brakes. It has no built-in blowers for cooling. The cooling of the motor is natural convection same as the housing of the motor. The output connection of the power connection is at the “B” side of the connector in the motor.
The motor requires 28.5A continuous current and 2.8Nm continuous torque at a standstill position. The base speed of motor relies on 3000nM that make the super powerful and precise operational at continuous power of 3.4 to 5.4Kw. These motors require the peak current of 128.3A. The ambient installation of the power motor is maximum 1000 meters above sea level, and the temperature should not less than 0°C and greater than +40°C for effective operation. The motors have IP65 protection category with “F” class insulation as per DIN VDE 0530. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
