The Rexroth Indramat MHP112B-035-HG1-BNNNNN is available with either crimped or soldered power connectors. The digital AC motor is equipped with standard power cables in different versions like the straight or angled versions used in plug-in points or direct connections. The cable connections from the motor to the drive unit should not exceed 75 meters to minimize plug-in connections. The use of Indramat cable is recommended instead of third-party power connection cables to prevent risks such as short-circuiting, or worse scenarios damage to the motor. If a Surface cooler is used with the AC motor, each unit is connected separately. The digital motor drive from the MHP series has high operating reliability and should is operated in favorable surrounding temperatures ranging from 0º to +40º C.
The MHP112B-035-HG1-BNNNNN can be installed with coolant lines like the pipelines or hose systems. Pipeline cooling systems are, however, not recommended due to the unavoidable bends that come about in the system (e.g., 90° bends) and the reduced pressure within the lines. The hose system leaves an allowance of 9 mm diameter within the line hence allowing for connections with longer lengths and less implacability within the system. The coolant connection should always be narrower just before the connection entry point at the motor.
The digital AC motor is operated in a stationary and weather protected way under the following conditions: Motor horizontal axis as per class 3M1 and Motor vertical axis: per class 3M6. Power and feedback connections should be mounted correctly. Operate the motor in the recommended environmental conditions to reduce risks such as damage to the MHP motor and endangerment to the operator. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
