The MHP093C-035-HP0-ANNNNN model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to provide high operating reliability and high dynamics (due to favorable torque/inertial mass ratios). The MHP synchronous motor provides maintenance-free operation and is equipped with a shaft with a key as per DIN 6885 for the form-fitting transmission of torque with low demands made for the shaft/hub connection. The motor takes electrical connection through the 320 V/329 V power source which helps in generating the output power of 2.4/4.5 kW. In conjunction with the POWERDRIVE drive package, digital MHP AC motor constructs a cost-effective and quick-response drive for machine tools, textile machines, and handling machines. The MHP synchronous motor comes with a B05 design for flange mounting in any desired mounting position. The model comes without any holding brake and the motor winding provides 6.2 mH of winding inductance at the maximum speed of 6000 rpm. The motor delivers the rated torque of 9.0/17.9 Nm at the rated current of 4.9/9.9 A with the 60-K increase in housing temperature / 100-K increase in winding temperature.
The model MHP093C-035-HP0-ANNNNN comes with an IP 65 protection class which provides complete resistance against ingress of dirt and liquids. The motor is insulated by insulation class F as per DIN VDE 0530. The standard bearing is placed in the shaft having a service life of 30,000 operating hours. The motor comes with 4 pole pairs and operates at the nominal frequency of 166 Hz. The model uses a 2048 resolution incremental encoder for position control and the motor housing uses the phenomena of natural convection for cooling purposes. The temperature range on with the motor can operate ideally is 0 to +40 degree Celsius whereas the maximum bearable temperature for the motor winding is +155 degree Celsius.
