The MHP093B-035-HG1-BFNNNN model provides overload protection (the result of motor temperature monitoring) and continuous start-stop operations with high repetitive frequencies (due to electronic communication). The MHP synchronous motor uses coolant (water) with a flow rate of 1.3 l/min for cooling purposes. The volume of the coolant channel is approximately 0.05 liters and the maximum system pressure is 3 bar. The coolant temperature at entry is +10 to +40 degree Celsius and after absorbing the heat generated due to 900 W of power dissipation the coolant temperature will rise by 10 degree Celsius. The MHP synchronous motor takes 395 V of an electrical connection from the side-B power connector with is located at the top of the motor. At 20 degree Celsius, the motor can deliver the constant torque of 2.2 Nm/A and the constant voltage of 136 V/1000 rpm with 1.26 Ohm winding resistance. The motor comes with a 20 Nm holding brake to stop the shaft from starting up from a standstill.
The model MHP093B-035-HG1-BFNNNN provides simple cabling and easy mounting to the machine (due to a flange that meets DIN 42948 requirements). A rotor with a shaft sealing ring is placed in this model for the continuous power delivery of 7.7 kW at the speed of 2500 rpm.
