The MHP071A-061-HP0-UNNNNN AC motor is designed to be used with PowerDrive drive controllers and features a continuous path control created by Heidenhain which allows for application-specific axis movements. The different applications include gantry axes, textile machines, robots, machining centers, machine tools and more. The MHP071A-061-HP0-UNNNNN allows for easy mounting to the machine as needed, as it features a flange that meets the DIN 42948 requirements. It also features different cabling in different lengths and sizes that allows for simple cabling, and its bearing can accommodate high radial loads. The bearing allows for a direct overhung mounting of pinions and belt discs.
The synchronous motor features a primary coat and housing coat, which is covered with a primary black coat. The coat makes the motor resistant to different damages like weathering, diluted acids and caustic solutions, yellowing and chalking. It allows a maximum thickness of paint of up to 40µm. The MHP071A-061-HP0-UNNNNN motor features a motor size of 71 and a motor length B, with a windings code of 061. It also features a driven shaft with keyway which is allows for form-fitting transmission of torque. There are also low demands of the driven shaft made of the shaft/hub connection, and a shaft sealing ring.
