The Bosch Rexroth MHP041B-144-HP0-UNNNNN is a synchronous motor for PowerDrive. It must be used with the PowerDrive drive package to provide quick-response and affordable drives for users. The AC motor servo drives can be used in a wide range of applications including machine tools, printing machines and robots. The MHP041B-144-HP0-UNNNNN motors can allow for lower inertia mass because of the special magnet materials in the design. The permanent magnet excited motors feature electronic commutation which allows for continuous start-stop operation with highly repetitive frequencies and peak torque used over a wide range of speed.
The MHP041B-144-HP0-UNNNNN PowerDrive digital AC motor has a motor size of 41 and a B motor length. With a 144 windings code, the motor features an incremental encoder with up to 2048 increments for the motor feedback. It features a shaft with key and shaft sealing ring, and does not feature a holding brake, which is an optional feature for the synchronous motors in the MHP series. The MHP041B-144-HP0-UNNNNN uses a natural convection housing type with surface cooling and the output direction of power connection at the connector turnable 270 degrees. The motor features no other design and must be installed in a particular ambient condition for it to function.
